They had a very cozy nice place but the service was disappointing. I drove 40 minutes to get there for grooming my cat... for the first time and the staff who was responsible couldn't even manage to get friendly with my cat or control her...my cat is very friendly but she was scared and they didn't know how to treat her! Back in Canada I never had this kind of problem. I gave the two star only for the place and environment but the proficiency of staff to deal with a little discomfort was horrible. I use their pick-up and drop-off service on the days I cannot personally take my cat to the groomers. I really... appreciate that they have a de-shedding service, my cat has a shedding problem so it really helps him a lot!The best part of their grooming services is that they send me pictures and videos of my little kitty getting washed, cleaned, dried and his after-grooming photos. They are my favourite photos and videos of him, he looks so sweet in them. And they add a note when they bring him home, rating his health and cleanliness when they received him, as observed by the groomer. I love it.Would definitely recommend their grooming services, my first time with them I was a little nervous since it was my first time giving my (very clingy) cat to be taken for grooming without me being there physically. The second time was easier and I felt a lot more comfortable with them.I included some of the pictures they got of my kitty Pepper, enjoy!read more

I wrote my review a while back and I decided to change it With no DOUBT that they are very professional and follow the... most high standards with no doubt that the staff are extremely professional and groom perfectly but one minor inconvenience during my 2nd visit to have my dog groomed the staff were more pushy to sell and I didn't like that when I would ask a question they would send me a product for sale even if I didn't show interest which made me disappointed i know they are very Good and professional and 100% recommend you to groom your pets here for your safety and your animals safety!read more

We took our dog for the 1st time to 4Pawz..one of my good friend recommended this..The employees and the groomers are... very friendly , polite and loving to the pet. The groomers and employees are amazing, everyone is so nice and professional, I dropped my dog off for grooming, they... sent me pictures of my dog informing me about her, they sent pictures and kept my dog for 30 minutes after grooming till I came to pick her up. 10/10 would recommend.
